Easy and covers great

Pros: easy spindle application, saves time and effort, also used for edges and tight corners Cons: may drip if saturated, not durable, may need additional pads for larger jobs. Will buy again

Helpful in getting around all of the spindles on the deck by wrapping around three sides. Meant I did have to go around twice to get complete coverage. Certainly better than a brush!!! I would use again.

Great tool for deck rail and flat surface staining

Love this staining pad! Saved me time in staining my deck as it provided the contour to go around the railings with minimum dripping and even coverage.

Rock star !

This thing rocks. I started with my brush and it was taking hours. So I googled for something better and this popped up. I ran to Lowe's and purchased and I couldn't have been happier. It saved me a lot of time and works great.

Deck must have

This is one product that if you are staining a deck is a must have. Works great on the pickets and deck rails.

Stain Pad

This thing worked great. It made the job easier and a lot faster to do spindles on deck. But it doesn’t hold up very well. After about a dozen spindles it started coming apart. Just lucky we bought 4 of them since we still have about 75 more to stain. I think it would probaby hold up better using paint but the stain made the glue holding the pad turn loose. Overall a pretty good product.

Staining spindles on deck

Used this product to stain the spindles on an exterior deck, it worked ok but didn’t hold as much stain as I expected, overall it performed as well as it could

Grate tool.

This made the job so much easier. I used it to paint the vertical post in my hand railing.

Fits my curves!

So much easier to use than a stain brush for trim boards and stair rails/ballusters. The refillable pad is nice and stays on very well too.

It's magic!

We stained our deck. We took so long to get to it because were were hating the fact to do the rails. My husband saw this new tool and tried it. Amazing! The job whizzed by so easily.

Had better outcome using a rag

The stain dripped over everything like crazy even when I applied a small amount to this pad. I finally gave up and used an old rag with a disposable glove. I had more control over how much was soaked up and pressured during application.
