The reason I chose this particular model is that, it offers pump-based drainage and WiFi-based remote control, which, I thought, would be convenient for a crawl space installation. The WiFi control is precisely what does not work. The accompanying app has been designed by people who obviously did not have a clue of what they were doing. Love this lil guy

Keeps my basement dry and is so easy to use! Love the app where I can change settings, turn on and off, or just see its status. It runs like a champ on continuous or if I have it on a specific humidity will automatically turn on. I have had the cube for nearly a month now, running everyday and no problems in sight.

Just installed this 2 days ago in my home in upstate NY; need to monitor humidity remotely. Seems to dehumidify very quickly. Faster than our prior Model (HiSense). App was easy to install and run remotely. Needs 2.4 GHZ network (as do most IOT devices I think). So far super happy. It's a heavy device. I use continuous flow mode - gravity feeds down. I would not recommend this product

I bought it over a year ago and it worked great then. It stopped collecting water two months ago. The fans runs and the compressor runs, but it does not collect water and reduce humidity. There is no error message or any indication it is not working. It now becomes a cute cube fan.

Very pleased with this dehumidifier. It wrings water out of the air at a tremendous rate, as promised. The bucket can be useful collecting water for plants. If you have to position the unit above waist level, however, it is awkward since the unit itself is heavy and the water would be as well. Using the pump feature could allow you to position it lower. Great design

The dehumidifier fits into the container for easy storage. Easy to use and set up, great design

Does not empty tank in pump mode.

Dimensions showed unit height of 16 inches,ideal for my use. Height using pump is 24 inches. Very misleading.

keeps my garage dry

Great product , Works as advertised. Smart features are nice to see everything works well and the pump helps me drain it to washing machine drain.

Leaks

The bottom has tiny pinholes that cause it to leak out the bottom.

Controls are far to confusing and don't work as advertised.

Unit removes a lot of moisture fast. Owners manual is hard to understand. Controls do not work as advertised. Mobile App is worthless.

Worked well for a couple years...

Worked for 2 years and now it's no longer lowering the humidity in the room. Great concept but I figured I'd get more years out of it than I did.
