Good product

Seems to be good quality so far. I really like the large bucket. My only complaint so far is when using the pump feature the hose can’t be removed after it’s put on.

A new age of dehumidification

Super easy and quick setup, very efficient and it has a built in pump which was a requirement for me. Wi-Fi control and monitoring and a very compact design make this a winner!

Works really well

Easy to setup and does a great job lowering humidity

Did not even power on out of the box

Spent an hour unpacking and reading instructions only to find it wouldn't even power on. Called Midea customer service and they had zero options, did nothing to make it up. Then had to repack it and take back. Incredible waste of time over a basic quality problem and zero return from the manufacturer on my time.

This product is great for energy star, connectivity and not being so loud.

Not Smart. Can't connect to MESH or 5 ghz network

Don't waste your money on this SMART Dehumidifier, because it will not work with most networks. It doesn't connect to 5G or any MESH networks.

The unit works great. Quiet and efficient! This product did exactly what I wanted it to do !

This really works! Sucks 40 pints before full.

The ability to roll it around easily and it doesn't like to tip over like the one-piece one I have. It says 50 pint but is full and must be emptied at around 40 pints. I don't use the pump but it probably would suck 50 pints if I did.

House plants need water/mist more often.

In this Texas extreme heat, 5 gallons of water is removed daily and seeming to cool indoor air 5° and reducing stress on my A/C system. The water is used to flush toilet and water outdoor plants and it has reduced my asthmatic symptoms tremendously. It was a timely purchase. Very, very happy and still have not used the pump or wifi connections! You will be happy you got one!

Don't even bother

I bought this, watched the video, installed it and the bucket was leaking. I ordered a replacement which was not the one with the pump which it should have been. I couldn't even get it to work in bucketless mode. My neighbor also bought one at my urging and that pump doesn't work either. I am returning both of them. Terrible product.

Dehumidifier stopped working less than 2 months in

Product worked great at first but then a few weeks later it would start shutting off before the bucket filled and would say "P2". Despite several attempts to reset the unit and fix the issue the dehumidifier doesn't work at all anymore

Good First Impression

About 1 week in and it seems to be working well. Emptying the bucket (removing the main unit from the lower bucket) takes a bit more effort than my old unit... but I'll get used to it. I would recommend it.
