What Customers Are Saying
Customers praise the unit's powerful moisture removal, with many reporting 20% humidity drops within hours and noting improved air quality. The smartphone app and straightforward setup are widely appreciated conveniences. However, a substantial group reports defective humidity sensors that read inaccurately, leading to warranty denials and frustration with customer support. Several also find pump and bucket mode operations confusing. Despite these issues, most customers consider the strong performance and design flexibility worthwhile, though reliability concerns deter some buyers.

Would Not RecommendUnit worked wonderfully for about 8 months (hard to know for sure). We set it up in our basement and had gravity drain the condensate via garden hose. Did a great job controlling humidity to 45-50%. Now it seems it has suffered a refrigerant leak as it no longer draws moisture from the air (fan and compressor still kick on appropriately). Disappointed with the short lifespan and now looking for a better made alternative.
Perfect for my garage
Would RecommendOK...so I just set this dehumidifier up today but I gotta say that I really love this thing. I wash my cars in my insulated/heated garage year-round so I need to have a way to get the humidity out of the air so I can keep my tools from rusting. I mounted the dehumidifier on a shelf (see photos) above the sink so it was easy to set up the drainage hose. I love the bucketless set-up as it makes the unit more compact and easier to mount higher up on a sturdy shelf. The whole things is small enough ...

Good product, good design
Would RecommendI like the compact nesting design, it will be easy to store in the off season. Although it is a little heavy it is the easiest dehumidifier to empty I've ever had. The software is compatible with my home automation system so I can monitor; track usage and control remotely.

I just purchased this dehumidifier and, it's awesome
Would RecommendI purchased it yesterday, had it set up by 5pm. The unit turned itself off at 1pm the next day (today). It pulled out a lot of water from the air. I was shocked, really. This machine really draws the moisture out of the air. I There are 4 settings for how much water you want accumulated before the unit shuts off. I chose 3 so, the bucket was a little under half. I dumped it in the bathtub. Currently, and every summer, Southern Ontario is under heat advisory and the humidity is absurd. It is hot ...

pump feature requires use of bucket, hence stagnant water
Would Recommendthe device offers a bucketless mode (gravity drain directly into floor drain or other below level of dehumidifier) and this model has a pump so you can drain upwards (max head of 14 ft per manual). BUT the pump feature is actually (1) drain into bucket (2) pump out of bucket, so there will be stagnant water in bucket. This is not explained in the marketing or on the box, one might reasonably expect that the pump operates in bucketless mode (no stagnant water). I haven't had the unit long enough ...
