What Customers Are Saying
Customers praise the dehumidifier's exceptional humidity removal, with many reporting dramatic drops from 70% to 40% humidity levels. Most highlight its quiet operation and straightforward setup, while many appreciate the compact, cube-like design that fits tight spaces. However, a substantial portion report premature failures within months and frustrating warranty denials. The heavy bucket—37-40 lbs when full—creates emptying challenges. Despite reliability concerns, most customers find the humidity control performance worthwhile.

We recently moved to Florida and I could not figure out why the air felt cold at night but I was too clammy to sleep. A quick Google search revealed that it's likely because AC can't keep up with the humidity so I purchased this and it works like a charm! It keeps our home so much more comfortable and helps manage the humidity if I keep the patio open for a bit so my cat can enjoy being outside. I love that it can go for days without filling up so I only have to empty is about once or twice per ...

Worth the purchase
This dehumidifier is now 4 years old and is still running fine. I have had several dehumidifiers over the years. Most never last more than 2 years. This one has beat the odds. It is fairly quiet and does what it is supposed to do. I empty it no more that once a day and like that I can set how full I want the collection unit, making it easy to lift to the sink or tub to empty.

Works well
This seems to be doing the job. I have a damp basement and it kept things reasonably dry after the recent heavy rains we had recently. I also like that it is compact and quiet.

Only had it working for a short time but seems to be a great product at a great factory direct price with no middleman envoled.👍👍👍

Midea dehumidifier
I have had it 3 weeks but performance has been excellent. Well thought out machine. Like that there is 2 intake filters. Only drawback for me is the weight of emptying bucket. I do not have a basement drain. I have tried 3 other brands over the years. Their lifetime has been 2 years and I only run dehumidifiers during spring and summer. One can regulate how much h2o bucket is to hold by the way.
