What Customers Are Saying
Customers praise the pet hair removal feature and strong cleaning performance, with many noting clothes come out noticeably cleaner and the removable filter captures dog and cat hair effectively. The large 5.2 cubic foot drum handles bulky items well, and WiFi notifications plus quiet operation are frequently appreciated. However, a substantial portion report serious reliability issues including control panel failures, motor problems, and recurring spin cycle imbalances requiring manual redistribution. Despite these mechanical concerns, most customers find the cleaning capability and features worthwhile overall.
