Do not buy!!

We bought this washer brand new and have had nothing but headache!! Even on the heavy duty cycle our stuff doesn’t come out clean! The agitator doesn’t even move the clothes around.. and more times than I can count it’s left our our clothes SOAKED and I’ve had to spin and drain multiple times. I’ve tried tiny loads on the heaviest cycle and still not clean!!

Big Regret

Purchased this washer brand new and delivered December 2025. It stopped working two weeks later. Since then, I have had a service technician come to my house literally every month from January through yesterday July 1st, except for May, and the washer is still not working as the technician has to order ANOTHER part. Out of 7 months of owning this new washer, it has worked for about a month. Maytag keeps telling me the technical rep says it is still repairable. This is absolutely unacceptabl...

Habla Espanol, not English on delivery.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] replaced our front loading washer with this because our dryer died and we do both simultaneously. I really like the high capacity. Ours came configured in Spanish, and it took a little research to change it to English, but I managed. (didn't find it in owners manual). Our other washer had a difficulty keeping it clean and mildew free. I hope the top loader with less rubber parts will do better. The installers forgot to bring the new hoses...

This is the Pet hair removal King!

I just wish it didn't have electric board problems, as they have no parts to repair it. It really is the king of pet hair removal. We traded it for the pet hair solutions from Samsung. It does not have the solution. It left hair all over the side of the tub and didn't get any in the 2 filters. My wife is not happy, and neither am I, because I have to listen to the complaining. So, where do I go from here? Help me out, Lowe's. I thought I had the solution. HELP!

Amazing Washer

I also love that I can load it and start it from my phone. This washer has a setting for everything you need. It’s super quiet when it’s running too so you don’t have to worry about additional noise around the house, which is great. Highly recommend this product! We couldn’t be happier!

not user friendly controls

Controls are not user friendly. Holding the start button three seconds to wait....and then choose the load and settings..... stop and hold....? seriously confusing start, pause, rinse only. I don't like it.

Issues after less than 2 months

Couldn't ask for a better dryer

Works quickly. Clothes are always wrinkle free and completely dry

Works but one issue I hate

I bought this after we had a he all in one which I hated and got rid of. This cleans and does its job. the biggest issue I have is if I get out of the shower or after working out due to my fingers being water logged I can't get the thing to start. Not a huge deal but is very annoying.

This is by far the best washer I have ever owned! First of all the warranty is a game changer, the size of perfect for all size families and especially if you have furry friends! I couldn’t ask for any better. Love how quiet it is and they are so pretty to look at!! Thank you Maytag!!!

Love this washer & the incredible team who install

The product is exactly what I needed for household and 2 dogs - the pet hair feature sold this to me. The space I have for side-by-side washer-dryer has about one inch of wiggle room. Super Washer

Worst brand ever

Purchased this washer 5 months ago and within a few months it flooded our floors. We got it repaired and was working again but now the latch no longer latches. It has truly been a headache and incontinence. It also leaves white residue on clothes whichis frustrating. I wish I would have read the reviews ahead of time beforepurchasing. I will never buy this brand again and truly don't want it anymore. Maytag says built to last but at this point its fix or repair!
