Ratings & Reviews for Maytag Pet Pro High Efficiency Impeller Extra Large ( 5.3-cu ft ) Top-Load Washer ( Midnight Steel )

junk!

impeller grabbed my sheet and sucked it in. ive been waiting 2 months for it to get fixed and spent over $200 in laundromat charges...now I have to fight for a return authorization because I have purchased a samsung replacement for this 7 month old maytag junk!

MAYTAG DEPENDABLE

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Washer dryer set looks good in the spaced .really Cleans the clothes well great have always had Maytag appliances in our home.

Good value

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have to do a soft reset on my machine and very couple of cycles by holding down the power button and waiting , I’ve only had to rewash 1 load. Better quality than any other washer set I’ve had. It gathers the hairs in the center cup which is nice.

A good washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like to say so far I truly like this washer it does a great job all around.

Clean Machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Occasionally there is a balancing problem. This didn't happen as often with previous washer.

Terrible

I have absolutely nothing good to say about this washer and dryer! I have given it time since purchasing it and it is terrible. It doesn’t wash the clothes well at all.

Great machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Washing machine works great. It captures a lot of the pet hair within its basket. Machine is level and spins without issue.

Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] With this Maytag washer I'm very disappointed in it By looks it looks great but the operation of it is not what I expected and this is probably the noisiest washer I have ever owned and I have owned many different brands but never a Maytag until now And it is the loudest Awful sound I've ever heard in a washing machine. It doesn't agitate well enough my clothes come out with detergent stains on them that you can't tell until the item is dry and...

Great unit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unit has been really good for us. It seem quieter than our past unit and does a good job. I like the pet hair removal part. It has lot of preset options to choose from. I wish I won’t leave those as default after you change them. I’m just mess around I adjusted the preset settings and they stayed that way. Would be nice if they changed just for the one time use.

Solid performance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The washer has been operating nearly daily and continues to perform well. The count down timer is nice to have . Wish the finish alarm was louder but it is a nice to addition to have . The faucet , quiet operation and multiple operating functions make this washer a solid choice to own . It cleans the clothes well even with cold water. It has the low level agitator . When you don`t have these features you'll miss them .

Great upgrade

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works pretty good for pet hair removal. Only down side it doesn’t do well keeping heavier loads balanced

Great features

I bought this about a month ago and so glad I did. Large tint screen to catch all pet hair and very little to almost no trace of hair when load is done.

Great washer

This is the best washer we've ever had Great features

Complete Garbage

We have never even gotten close to the extra large capacity that this piece of trash claims to have. Four pairs of jeans and a beach towel is enough to throw this waste of space into a state of "unbalance" This has happened numerous times. 10/10 Would not recommend. Manufacturer should be ashamed.
