Best Grill I EVER owned.

Great grill, bad parts.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had the 560 for about 3 years before upgrading to the 800. I loved the 560 and had no issues with it. I wanted more space so I upgraded to the 800. It worked awesomely for about 2 years and then the control unit gave out and wouldn’t turn on anymore. I was completely disappointed because up until then the grill was amazing! I plan on fixing it though because there’s honestly nothing like it for the price.

This grille is the best of every world

You can set it and monitor through the app via your phone. The only issue I've had is the controller went out that stopped me from moving the temperature up/down. But I was able to expense it and replace on my own (easy assembly) through my warranty.

It is easy to clean and easy to start up and be ready to either grill or smoke in less than 20 minutes. The gravity series gives you the control of a pellet or gas smoker, but with the irreplaceable taste that comes only with charcoal. There simply is no contender in this arena.
