Gravity is the best smoker/grill I have ever owned

After researching for a new smoker for months, I landed on the Gravity 800. It handles smoking, grilling and even a flat top. Since I use only pure charcoal without extra chemicals I feel better about the cook Temperature consistency is spot on all the time and the offset design makes an excellent smoker where I can add wood chunks without opening the cook area. Temperature control is amazing!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purposely ran it through the ringer to see how quickly it could change temperatures and i was very impressed. From 700 degrees down to around 200 and then seeing how consistently it could maintain a set temperature for a prolonged period of time. This things a beast and does a great job!

Stay Away!!

bought it, just a little over a year later the display stops working. Master built not built to last but to keep taking your money from you. choose another product that might be willing to help their customers more and build a product that is built to last.. this is built to keep taking your money.

Great Flavor

I love it not only can I do charcoal, I can throw in pellets for the perfect blend or wood chips. I have done a turkey,Tritip, Ribs, burgers what ever the meat is you cant go wrong with these units. Masterbuilt is the Masterpiece

This Masterbuilt 800 replace not one, but four cookers….my Treager, gas grill, charcoal grill/offset smoker and a blackstone griddle. Sold all of them. the good and the bad

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this grill for the consistent heat control as well as the remote control. I have used it to smoke ribs, brisket as well as to cook steak and chicken. the only thing that I did not realize is you have to clean and maintain this grill or heat manifold thing rusts. I have had to replace it after a little more than a year. I just did not pay attention to it until it was too late. If you take care of your grill, it works great.

Great versatility

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have owned this grill for 6 years. Takles anything from seafood to pizza. Only two issues that didn't allow me to give it 5-stars. One. The hopper and specifically the burn area has rusted/disintegrated but still usable and Two, the apps are very finicky and rarely work.

Wanted to love it but......
