This door seems really solid and the frame seems to be built well too. It's also beautiful.

Good Door

Poorly made

At first glance they looked promising but upon installing hinge cut outs are not consistent and some of the screws are stripped, which needed to be fixed. I bought 16 rehungs in total just to find out I would never buy these again or recommend them.

Poor quality

For as much as these things cost, they should be assembled much better. Hollow core mdf doors. Nothing solid to set hinge screws to. The exterior of the door is mdf and extremely soft, even after painted. And the frame is never square of plumb.

Nice Door, Bad Frame

The door itself is nice, heavy and looks good. The frame is cheap, lowest shelf lumber you can get and when it arrived most of the hinges were sprung and the screws stripped because it was improperly handled by store staff.

Description Problem

They should be more clear that the size called out is the size of the door not the opening which is confusing when ordering a prehung door. The opening size is what matters for prehung doors.

Nice door

Doors are nice quality and easy to install

Doors are great, labels aren't

The doors are what you expect. they aren't solid wood, but some MDF mixture you'd expect from this day and age. But the labels on the edge of the door are horrible. Top tip: Use a heat gun/hair dryer to heat the labels and peel them off with a razor. Worst part of the project by far. I left the labels on the outer edge but in hindsight would have removed them before hanging.

Low Quality

These doors a BY FAR the lowest in quality I have ever seen. Hinges mortised too deep or not deep enough. Hinges mounted upside down. Uneven jamb lengths. Prepare for a major amount of repair and adjustment when you installed these doors!

Quality product, poor delivery service

These are good quality doors. Purchased 7 solid core doors and 9 bifold doors. The reason for the 3 star review is the delivery. ALL doors arrived damaged, two beyond repair. It looked like the delivery service dragged them across the parking lot before loading. Two doors the jambs were completely broke off. IF I was the delivery person I would have refused to load such damaged products and be expected to try to deliver damaged goods. So, either they, Lowes employees didn't care enough to say so...
