Would RecommendI ordered a LH and a RH in swing door from lowes online. I had been in-store a few days earlier and both were in stock, but when I ordered, I was informed the LH would have to be ordered in and the right hand was ready for pickup. When I arrived at the store, I went back to milwork and they did have both LH and RH in stock. So I informed customer service that they had the LH back in milwork and she was very helpful to get me figured out, but the whole order process got screwed up and I had to be...

Look Great! Not for First-Timers
Would Not RecommendLove the look of these doors and they do a great job dampening sound. However, you will need to be comfortable manipulating the pre-hung door for installation. Prepare to troubleshoot! I've installed a couple of these doors in my house now, and each one will need hinge adjustment (shimming or routing), molding stop alignment to compensate for door warping, or lock set routing.

Imperfect
Would RecommendI bought one. After installing found the top hinge was not inlet correctly, making the door stick. I fixed it, since taking it out to return would have been hard. Getting all the bits to line up is the purpose in life for a pre-hung door, so I was annoyed. (Would recommend to a friend? Yes, but I’d warn him to check the details.)
Door pick up
Would Not RecommendI arrived to pick up my new solid core interior door. It was over stacked on the cart with bags of insulation on top. As the Customer Service reps tried to wheel it out it all tumbled over. Bad packing by order pullers. Secondly the door had numerous marks and scratches and screws were falling out of hinges. The damage was extremely noticeable. I refused the item and then I had to walk back to see if you had another one. I found one that was similar and bought that. A good waste of my time.
