I was concerned because of some comments, however; the product was excellent.

3 / 9 had issues from manufacturer, happy overall

In total bought 9 of these doors of varying sizes all within a month or so; 2 had the width mislabeled from manufacturer (24” stated vs 28” actual), 1 door jam had been knocked hard and fell apart, and another 1 had a hinge issue that caused a small headache. Overall it’s always hit or miss with these prehung doors, my installs went fine and happy with the look and the price point. Def annoyed about that mislabeling, pretty big issue and shame on me for not noticing sooner, guess at what point...

Absolute trash

This door was absolute garbage. I wish I would have read all the other reviews before buying. I installed it PERFECTLY plumb, and square, and level, and the door fits like crap. (Also, I've installed many doors; I'm no rookie DIYer). There's a massive gap on the door latch side, and on the hinge side it rubs against the trim piece. Fix the hinge routing

Poorly routed hinge pockets, as others have noted. Had to trace hinge with pencil and then carefully chisel out extra wood in door and jam for about half of hinges on three doors I purchased. Difficult to imagine how this can be happening in a factory set up correctly to automatically do this. Then, who screws the hinges on crooked?! Otherwise, doors ok.

quality control is questionable

4 of the 6 hinge pockets were too deep and required shimming to get the door to function properly. 5 of the 9 screws in the door were stripped out.

Quality control is questionable

I like the solid core, but the quality control is questionable. 3 of the 6 hinge pockets were too deep, and caused issues with the door closing properly. I was forced to shim them to make them flush. The odd part was it wasn't just on the door, but also on the frame. 2 of the 3 were the door, and one was on the frame.

very poor millwork

I wish I would have read the reviews before I purchased these doors. every single hinge was router improperly. I had to pull the hinges off and shim them to the correct depth before I could align the doors. it made it so much harder to install these doors. I purchased 14 of these doors for my house . I'm a contractor and these are by far the worst doors I've installed and they happen to be in my own house. if they would have did a better job routing and quality control check before they sent the...

A good door requiring mild manufacturing clean-up

Although built fairly tough, there were more than a few (we bought sets of RH and LH doors) that were warped and required jam adjustment to look nice and close evenly. Likewise some hinges were misaligned requiring extra adjustment. Not being the cheapest doors one can obtain this was somewhat frustrating, but overall the materials we in good shape with largely clean edges and interfaces; there were no major defects.
