worked great

Bought this door off their damaged clearance rack for $10..yes...a whole TEN dollars! Top and striker side of door jamb were busted off and whoever attempted to paint the door prior to returning it must have barely passed kindergarten that year. But, I was up to the challenge. A light sanding, some fresh paint, and some easy repairs on the jamb, the door is good as new. Only complaint is similar to other reviews where hinges required some extra shimming so door would close correctly and gap...

General contractor

We bought 9 of these doors because a customer wanted this brand. Stay away from these doors the door stop on the door frame of 8 of these doors didn’t line up and the doors wouldn’t shut properly after install. Three doors we had to nail back together on the jamb because the joints were separated. Never again would I buy these doors. Thank you for the $2,000 problem

The door was mortised wrong with 1/2 inch reveal at the top.

Great door

Easy to install. Good framing. Works well. Installed easily

You get what you pay for.

Very poor quality. Door stop is not straight and fell off 3 out of the 4 doors we ordered. The mortises for the hinges had to be shimmed in order for proper reveals to be achieved. If I would have noticed before installation, all the doors would have been returned.

Poor workmanship.

Two sides of the frame were not aligned properly. About an 1/8" off but that really caused me problems with hanging it. Simply poor workmanship and quality control. Good reminder to check the frame alignment before taking it home.

Modern looking door for cheap

It’s a nice door, doesn’t look or feel at cheap as others, however the jamb was very bowed and made the install pretty hard.

Not the best build quality

I made it work but after this first one I switched to using the door slabs for the rest of the house. The hinge screws were not straight on most of them. One pocket was cut deeper than the others. and the door stop trim was not completely nailed in. The door its self has a bow in it so it is not even with the door stop trim. I wish I would have looked this door over in more detail at the store before I brought it home. I do like the SC or Solid Core aspect it does not feel cheap like the hollow ...
