some assembly required, the adjusting bolts are not pre installed, the locking nuts were very weak and failed to hold in the wood part of the threshold. I will not purchase this brand again.

Disappointing - Needs Improvement
Would Not RecommendDesign and quality needs much improvement. a) The oak finish strip is only tacked onto the soft pine wood base with very short staples. It started coming off during installation and I had to reattach it with glue and finish nails. b) The adjustment design is sub standard. T-Nuts pressed into a soft pine wood base from the top. Seriously...?? They started pulling out when I was installing the threshold strip. At a bare minimum, they should be installed from the bottom. A threaded insert would b...

Would Not RecommendI bought this to replace an original threshold. I found the craftsmanship inferior, the oak trim piece had skip plane marks on it, I had to re-sand it. There were also burn marks on several spots from using dull blades. The most aggravating thing is the poor quality screws to hold the decorative piece in. They are cheap pop metal and stripped when I tried to back several out again.
