New threshold

All aluminium for threshold is durable and relatively easy to install with the right tools. The rubber weather stripping is a pain to put in but overall it's a good product

Nice replacement

My old threshold was corroded and the weatherstrip was frayed. I purchased this to improve the air-tightness of the door and for cosmetic improvements. It was fairly easy to replace- cut it to size, remove old threshold and install new one with new screws. As it was on a concrete slab, I purchased some tapcon screws to make the job easier. They worked well and should be included with the product. I don't know too many homes in Florida with wooden floors.

Added this under a Porch Screen Door to take the place of the Rubber Door Sweep. Well made and works great.

Aluminum Door Threshold

I like that it came as a complete kit, with screws for attaching it to the floor. The instruction sheet was also well written as it took you through the necessary steps and provided tips to make the project go smoothly.

Needed a new threshold in my garage. This one surprising fit perfect without needing cut. I screwed it to a 1x4 and secured it into my concrete floor. Solid as a rock.

Installed this in a shed with a water leak problem under the doors. With this an a tube of caulk solved a serious problem easily and cheaply.
