I would be very careful if you buy this machine to make sure that you run the clean cycle regularly and wash something often in hot water. My husband and I learned the hard way. After just a couple years of using the proper amount and kind of detergent and cleaning periodically (maybe every 60 days), the washer is emitting tons of dreadful black flakes we have been working on this for days (trying all sort of remedies) we think we finally have it under control. Okay Washer
My LG top load washer is an okay washer! So far, it is quiet and gets the job done. Presently, my only problem with it is at 5’1” tall it is hard to reach into to retrieve the clothing. This is when I wish I still had my front loader.

Would Not RecommendDelivered on 7/2/26 after 3 wash cycles received error code E6 on a brand new machine. today is 7/3/26 the tub won't spin and nothing is lodged at the bottom. I took everything out and still same error code. I should have to trouble shoot a brand new machine. So upset!

Keeps telling me there is vent problems,there is not. As for Lowe's don't order appliances from them . Lowes messed up this order and sent the wrong washer. I had to argue with the manager to take back the washer the day I received it. Get better employees Lowe's . I'm done with this place .
