The two gentleman were wery professional in bringing the machine in handling, placing the washing machine, and attaching the hoses and drain tube. They started a first cycle and provided the manual for the washing machine. The were also very efficient in removing the old washing machine. They were very helpful.

If you work for a living and get dirty, this washer is NOT for you! If you cook and get food or oil on your clothing, this washer is not for you. Destroying clothes, Lowe’s said to bad

I bought the washer and dryer and have had for two weeks. It is snagging and ruining my clothes and bed sheets. I brought the clothes into Lowe’s and was told since I had it for more than 48 hours it is my problem. LG wants to send out a tech to look at it, at this point one of these companies need to step up and replace the units. I just purchased this unit and already love it I just purchased this unit and already love it! I had one just like it before and had to leave it with the sale of my house. back with LG and appreciate how well it cleans the clothes. it's also a very quiet unit just takes care of business. I love the huge capacity and ability to do large items is bedding and rugs and such. no trips to the laundromat for me!

Love, Love, Love this LG washing machine! It’s fabulous! The tub is large, it cleans exceptionally well, it’s quiet and reliable. I can’t ask for a better washing machine.

Terrible design and cheap parts

Do not buy this washer. It has great features like large capacity and an agitator. BUT it has a cheap chintzy low quality detergent distribution container that breeds mold!! Totally unreasonable for a top loader. This detergent distributor slants back so it retains liquid and you have to remove it to dry it. Plus instructions state you have to remove it to clean it. Employee of Lowes and VERY picky. Had an LG washer that lasted 13 plus years. With a 5 person household constantly doing laundry definitely got my moneys worth. Would never even consider another brand. This washer is powerful! Set it on AI and let it go. Will never even consider another brand. You will not find a better more reliable washer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have this for a month now. What I liked about it, is it is much quieter than my previous. I am happy LG improved on their mechanical components in their newest iteration of the top load machines. My previous LG washing machine lasted 6 years before I had to get a new one due to loud noises and the motor gears grinding.

Odor in the washing machine happens when lid is closed. Never occurred in my old machine. Having to buy cleaning pack to remove the odor is “expensive”! These should be included with the purchase of washing machine. Very disappointing’

Excellent washer!

Large capacity and very quiet. The AI cleaning mode is great. Plenty of selections for water temperature, soil level, and spin speed. The app is great. Two minor dislikes. You can't silence the tune when the wash is started and completed. The lid is sloped down towards you. Great washer!
