Washer review

As someone who's spent more time than I care to admit doing laundry, I can confidently say that the LG washer has been a total game-changer for me. From its sleek design to its powerful performance, this appliance has exceeded all my expectations. First off, let's talk about capacity. The LG washer's large drum size means I can throw in everything from bedding to bulky towels without worrying about cramming it all in. And with TurboWash technology, I can count on every item coming out spotless ...

Perfect size tub

I bought my washer nearly 3 months ago and am very happy with it. The tub is large enough to wash a comforter or large blanket and the option of a high water level is what I was looking for. I've had enough of trying to wash and rinse clothes with too little water and I always rinse each load twice with my last machine. I had seen a couple of reviews that it is a noisy washer, but I haven't found that at all with mine.

5”6 or taller to get your clothes out of it (DEEP)

So far so good. I like a lot so far. I’ve only used it 3 times.

Great features

Super impressed so far. It is quiet and cleans the clothes very efficiently.

service was great

Excellent service They removed the old machine and installed the new machine

Very satisfied

I absolutely love this washer so far. I was replacing an LG front load washer that we had for 15 years. But I like this one a lot better. It has a large capacity, lots of setting options, and overall just very satisfied.

Best Washing Machine Ever

I've had this washer for about one month and I must say it's one of the best washing machine I've owned. I did have to check out a few YouTube videos to find out which wash cycle works best depending on each load. Overall its s great washing machine. I love everything about it.

literally the worst washer ive ever used in my life. somehome things come out DIRTIER than they went in. The clothes dont even move.. they sit in the water still as can be until the water drains. doesnt take out dirt, makeup, anything. im so frustrated

I could not be happier with this purchase!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m loving my new LG super large capacity smart washer! I know longer have to carry extra large bedding items to a commercial washer at a local laundromat. It has so much room! I love the fact it has an agitator that provides som much more cleaning action. I could not be more pleased with this purchase! Highly recommend it!

Water level issues

The washer does not add enough water on a normal cycle. Not overloaded, clothes on top never get wet during wash cycle and are not agitated. Have to use the deep fill option every time which uses way more water than needed. No option for a happy medium. I have serious buyers remorse. They claim it is due to High Efficiency but you can't clean the clothes if they never touch the water and detergent...

Not clean

Not enough water to clean

Great New Washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Washer is great as it holds very large loads of clothes. My clothes come out very clean and smelling clean. I am very happy with my washer.

Washer came with dents

The washer has two big dents in front. Very disappointed.

Poorly designed washer

DO NOT buy this washing machine. Items have been consistently getting caught in below the agitator. 5 months in and the machine is completely broken.

So fun to use!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We live in a multi family household Everyone here loves doing laundry now!! Sheets have never been cleaner! Very satisfying to hear the top click then for the water to pop on it’s Hands Down Amazing!!!

Read the provided user manual and you should be OK

I really like my new washer. very quite running and clothes are cleaned. Easy to operate, the only reason I did not give a 5 stars is because I don't know what it will be in 4 or 5 years. So far excellent product.
