Am happy with the new LG Washer but the machine kept showing up on the rug with rubber backing as a UE. That's my only disappointment, my boys are happy with the clean smell from the washes

Buy Any Other Washer!

Taking your clothes down to a river and beating them against a rock would be more efficient and your clothes come out cleaner than using this washer. You have to wash everything on deep wash or you will not have enough water to actually wash the clothes. Even when you do use deep wash, the clothes that are on top never get cleaned because the “4 way agitation” doesn’t actually do anything other than gently swirl the water around and the clothes on top don’t get pulled under the water.There isn’t...

Great Washer!!

I have owned this washer a couple of months, and I am thrilled with it! After being sorely disappointed with my previous HE washer for years, which didn't put enough water in the machine to clean the clothes, I am now very pleased. No more problems with the water level! My clothes come out smelling clean and fresh and not all knotted up. No more adding vinegar or anything else to get my clothes to smell nice. Hallelujah!

Poor Quality

The washer need repair in less than a year with very light use.

Obnoxious smell👎👎

I am very unhappy with the washer and dryer. The items has a very unpleasant scent which dominates my home. I called LG and the rep states to check my pipes. The smell is the manufactures material. Very disappointed🙏🥱🥲

Love the Deep Fill Option

After trying all kinds of washers, I really like the old ones where it filled up and actually bathed your clothes in water, not sprinkled them with water. Anyway, this washer is large and has the deep fill option that I use each time!

My Mom has almost the same washer and I loved using hers. the clothes come out clean and fresh. it doesn't use a lot of water, my old washer died. I had it 20 years though, so it served us well. This washer is quiet and efficient. I hope it served my family well, it seems to be doing a good job. my only issue is it doesn't have the short wash feature , like my Moms. otherwise I have no issues.

Warning Mildew issue

I have run the wash tub cycle multiple times and used the cleaning tub packets and nothing works. Thinking of getting rid of this machine.

Does not remove lint and loud squeaky noise

First of all, all the lints are not removed from the clothes and damages my garments even in " normal cycle". Terrible

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve had this washer since January 2024. At first it was great. But the last few months all of our clothes have lint all over them. I’ve “washed” the washer and we’ve even removed the agitator to find any lint, but there is none. I have No clue where it’s coming from but our washer is practically unusable!

Drought or Flood

This washer doesn't use enough water to get all the clothes wet on a normal cycle, even with a small load of clothes. The deep cycle fills the tub completely. There doesn't seem to be something in the middle.
