Nice Washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This seems to be a great washer but it had a couple of flaws the top made a clicking noise which they were able to remedy but it was a little difficult to hook up to the blue tooth remote start. Also trying to receive the rebate promised was a reallllll nightmare. Took about 15 calls to figure out what was wrong.

We bought this for our lake home. The large capacity is great for beach towels.

Pretty good

Been using this for about a year now and so far no malfunctions or errors. Cleans well and works great compared to washers we've got in the past. Definitely recommend. Will update if any thing goes wrong in the future.

Nice washer

Love this washer. Does queen size comforters beautifully. Clothes seem cleaner than with impeller washer. Normal wash cycle doesn't use enough water. About half the clothes don't get wet. Have to use the deep wash cycle for normal loads which I don't mind since I only do 1-2 loads a week.

Easy to operate all functions.

Happy with purchase, works as it is supposed to. Will most likely purchase matching drier.

All the choices for settings is phenomenal.

I love my new LG washer! I will never own another brand and cannot say express how much I love using the many choices it offers. If you’ve never had a washer with an agitator, you need to get this one. It cleans remarkably well.

Great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Product tears cloths. Reported for warranty and the agitator was replaced (it had plastic flash that was causing the cloth damage). Have only used once after the change so I need to see if the problem was fixed.

installation

This whole installation was a complete disaster. The guy came to install it. Told me I needed a part that my old washer hookup was outdated. It was installed in 2007. I went to get part that he told me which was 100.00 fittings. It was the wrong part. Then, when he talked to my husband, he said we needed a plumber for a shut-off valve. The shut-off is under sink, but was able to take the old one. If we pick up the right fitting, then he could then install it for an additional fee. 219.00 for ...

they don't make them like they use to.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] looks good, hard for 5ft 1 person to retrieve clothes very deep, almost feel in, the lid falls on your head, has nothing holding it in place to stabilize it, dangerous. it has broke and would not drain. clothes do not come clean especially white socks. would not recommend this model

Would really give zero stars if I could. We’ve had 2 in a row and they have both been messed up!! It makes this ear piercing, crazy loud metal to metal grinding sound! It’s terrible. Washed one load in the first one then it started. They brought a new one and I didn’t even get one load?! What in the world!

Lacks appropriate water level

Since this is a “smart” washer it measures your load somehow yet it never gets all the clothes wet. You will have clothing (or other items) never even get a splash of water unless you use the bedding or deep wash cycle, etc…which seems dumb. Clothes are not washed properly.

After trying out our new washer for 5 months we are so unhappy and call for a replacement and we’re not getting any help on replacing the washer for another model.

Wonderful washer!!

I’m an old school person who loved her old fashioned machine. We purchased this just over a month ago and I am loving it! What took me almost two days to do laundry now takes a day or less. I even was able to wash my king size comforter in it and still had room! I’m not short, but I can hardly get the clothes from the bottom it’s so big! Plus, I am still learning all the features! Sure made a believer of me!
