I love the extra room, all the cycles (including downloaded cycles). Understanding how and what to load into the unit and the desired wash cycle is the key to a good wash.

Don't Be Fooled By 5-Star Reviews
Would Not RecommendI really wanted to love my new set (W&D) BUT in 6 months, had to have clutch replaced in the washer. Now it's been 13 months of owning it and again the clutch is having to be replaced. Tech said I was overloading it and that is definitely not the case. I specifically bought this model due to the large tub size and wanting to make sure it would laundry a king size bedspread w/o having to feel it was packed inside. I was told this one was great and would easily launder it. Also, you have to use...

Great washer!
Would RecommendI love this washer. I had been saying for a few years, if my washer ever quits I’m getting one with an agitator. My old machine would leave soap on the dark colored clothes. Now my black pants are clean. 😁. I like the fact I have control on how much water goes into the machine. It’s very quiet. The tune it plays when done is relaxing. Super easy to use. Not only would I recommend this washer, I have recommended this washer to my friends. 👍🏼 Raymond was our delivery person. He had a hel...

Happy with Purchase
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this set not too long ago. However, this has been the best machine I have ever used. I love all the available option choices for load selection and it is super quiet!! My clothes actually smell clean coming out of this washer. I am VERY HAPPY with my washer and dryer set!!

Worst ever! Don't buy.
Would Not RecommendWe bought this washer because it was number one rated on Consumer Reports website. That was a mistake! It does not get our clothes clean. I've tried multiple settings, and it doesn't seem to matter. Lowe's only offers a return within so many hours for washers, which is not long enough to try all the different settings. I've emailed LG numerous times and they keep telling me my case is one review and they'll get back with me. It's been six months and they still haven't got back with me! I'm so di...

Wuick and quiet machine
Would RecommendWe have had our LG washer for about a week. We’ve washed 16 loads of clothes, including sheets and bath towels. I really like having a machine with an agitator. This machine seems to sense how the clothes need to be washed with regard to how much water and how long to wash.
