Needs Improvement
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The design of this refrigerator is not the greatest. The crisper drawers you have to open from the bottom part of the drawer which is odd to me. All my refrigerators have the handle to grab at the top of the drawer. I guess I will get used to it but in 2 months I still grab in the wrong place. You have to slam the doors pretty hard to close the refrigerator otherwise they pop back open.

Absolute crap service
I paid 1500 for this thing, I've had it 2 years and its not working. Its been dead going on a month and I STILL haven't sent a tech out, despite having sent me about 6 messages that allow me respond with "No, still not working"

There is no Cold Water
Would Not RecommendWe have had the unit for just over a month, and you cannot get a cold glass of (8oz)water with out using ice. We now are forced to keep a pitcher of water in the fridge, which does not fit unless you.remove a shelf. We like many of the other features, but the lack of cold water from the dispenser is not good.
Broken down
It is currently sitting in my kitchen with an internal temperature of 72.3 degrees. It wishes the compressor was working so it could actually be of some use. But for now it will just chill in the air conditioning thinking about what it should be doing.

Bought this 2 weeks ago & love it! Looks sleek & classy. Plenty of room to hold our goods. Freezer is very spacious & can hold quite a bit. It runs very quiet & cools beautifully. I’d highly recommend this refrigerator.

Easy to clean
I love the side by side doors and that it is easy to clean. The compressor went out quickly though! The upside was that the company was great and sent someone to quickly fix it!
