Why not to buy.

My favorite purchase !

I LOVE everything about my new LG refrigerator ! I love the French doors, the amount of space it gives me, the inside shelves, and how it keeps such an accurate temperature ! The freezer holds so much more than my old side by side model.

Warranty issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought an LG refrigerator and was happy with it, but it stopped working while still under warranty. Found out LG does not have repair contractors in Arizona. Despite this, it took them almost a month to approve a refund.

Temp not stable, needs a split shelf.

It took several days to get below 42 in the refrigerator with the temp set at 37.the freezer was set at 0 and it got to -3 that's good. I currently have the refrigerator set at 36 and the temp goes between 38 to 40. I have two wifi digital thermostats in the refrigerator and freezer to see the temp at any given time. There should be a way for the unit to display the internal temp of the refrigerator and freezer not...

poor service

Extremely slow response. I was without a refrigerator for 11 days. After repairs there is still a buzzing vibration in the compressor. No indication of covering my lost food. Repair people were great but slow arriving due to LG.

I dont trust LG anymore. Second broken appliance!!

Beautiful, top-notch Refrigerator!!!

This LG French Door Refrigerator is my new favorite piece of furniture/appliance in my home. It is so sharp looking and so sharp in it's function. Holds a lot of food and the freezer is big in size and the ice maker produces huge, crystal clear cubes. Love that you can open one side, even for the produce drawer. And, an alarm alerts you if you ever don't close it right! Would recommend a LG Refrigerator to anyone in the market to buy a new one.

Had to have the mother board and compressor replaced after just 4 years of purchase. I recommend not buying a fridge with a mother board if I realized it had one I would have not gotten it. I was out of a fridge for 2 weeks waiting for an appointment and then ordered parts. The old fridges latest for ever not nowadays . Now I have to file a claim for all the food I had to throw out. Not satisfied at all.

Never LG again.

Looks Great UNRELIABLE

I was excited to purchase this fridge after my 20yr old fridge had finally had enough. Never needed to be serviced I proudly brag. Now this L G is a whole different thing. The Freezer has stopped working twice within a year. Costing me hundreds in meats and frozen foods. That's all I have to say about that. Please always invest in the extended warranty !!!

Beautiful and spacious fridge

Such a spacious fridge. Upgraded from samsung which kept malfunctioning over last 2 yrs. This lg has more flexibility and room .. everything fits and the stainless steel stands out.
