Complete Failure

Not hefty and low quality
After only 2 years, this product stopped working. Tech said compressor went out. Also- the plastic inside (door shelves, lid to cheese drawer, etc) seems very fragile.

One of the worst product of LG. There is a law suit against all LG refrigerators having liner compressors that breaks down in 1-3 years. Please be careful on big investment.

damaged door
The refrigerator was delivered with a large dent in the door. Lowes was going to get another refrigerator but was out of stock. I asked them to call me back so we can decide on how to handle it. There appears to be no notes on my account. I am going to drive 35 miles one way to talk with the store it was ordered from.
Refrigerator nice BUT
I bought this in March 2022 and the compressor failed in August 2024. It was a heat wave where I live and everything spoiled. It failed on a Saturday but the repair tech didn’t come until the following Thursday. Very inconvenient to say the least. The parts and labor are covered under warranty at least. They don’t t make them like they used to.
I loved the fridge until it completely died at 2 1/2 years during the hottest month of the year. Took 3 weeks just to get a repair man. I have another fridge I bought - used - 20 years ago, and have had no issues with it. These new fridges suck.

AVOID LG kitchen appliances.

Then it two weeks to fix with no apologies for inconvenience. we spent a fortune on ice and lost food. Finally purchased a mini frig to help with keeping important medicines chilled without getting ice twice a day. Many appliance repair places indicated that they wouldn't touch an LG.
