Window shade is great and the colors are perfect. The “handle” for lifting the shade is pointless. There is no installation required because the handle has no way of clipping on. We ordered 6 custom blinds and every single one came without a lip wide enough to snap the handle onto. For the price we paid this is a huge oversight. Everything is fine. Perfect actually. Just six blinds, each without a handle.

Absolutely horrible service. Took over 2 months to eventually get installed while I did 50% of the calls and work to make it happen. Measuring company didn’t show twice. Then showed 4 hours late the final time. Installation guy never showed after taking a full day off work to be home. “Black out shades” let more light in than if I just didn’t even have them on.
