Missing item; took 3 calls to resolve
Would Not RecommendI purchased 2 regular size, custom windows with no-drill headrails. The headrails were not included with the shipment. Since I determined I did not need that additional item after all, I requested a refund. It took me three phone calls / online chats to get the missing item refunded. Lowes Customer Service needs to be better trained on how to do partial refunds.
