Great Team!

I called Lowe’s looking for an installation and estimate on new blinds. They sent someone to me to measure. They contacted me soon afterwards and asked what blinds I wants and gave me and estimate. I paid. They sent the blinds. Then the same nice young man come to install them. It was such an easy process and I’m so happy with that and my new blinds!

Everything from purchase to install was a pleasant experience. The installer was really excellent, personable and quick!

The one day late delivery of my blinds in cardboard boxes on an expected rainy day was left in the middle of the lawn. I called my neighbor about arrival and he took a picture! Unbelievable ! He took all the boxes to my door, where they should have arrived.it rsined within a-few hours. Installation!!! It's been over a week and I've called to two different reps. No one has called me about installation.. I'll be calling for management to take care of this crazy situation. I will never use Lowe'...

Very dissatisfied.

I purchased my blinds on June 13th and picked them up at the store on June 26th. They had so few appointments available for installation that I had to wait until July 12th for the installation. They sent someone who did not know how to install the vertical cellular blinds, so they told me that they would have to send someone else after I had blocked out a 4 hour window for them to do the installation. Now I have to wait another 2 weeks for someone else to come do the installation.

We bought 5 shades and the salesperson at Lowes was very helpful. The measurement of the windows went very well, and we felt confident that the person who came to our house was experienced and knew what he was doing. The shades arrived at our house, and the installer (same as the person that did the measurement) was very good and quick. One suggestion from us would be to find a way to speed up the process which took a little longer than we expected to complete the process. Otherwise, we are happ...

The shades came in a timely manner but I cannot say more because Crume Installation company will not schedule the installation. Everyday they tell me they’ll schedule within 24 hours but they do not. They won’t connect me with the scheduler because “the scheduler will not answer phone calls”. It seems they schedule and you rearrange your schedule to meet theirs. Zero customer service.
