Very high quality, easy to install with clear instructions except for the valance. It took a few minutes to figure the valance out.

I installed this product 30 years ago and they worked fine! When I moved recently, I ordered Levelor again and they are perfect for my space.

Easy as pie

Easy to order online. More options on the site than I expected. Took measurements and everything fit perfectly. Never had to leave my home, since they sent me color samples before my order.

Beautiful Shades!

I purchased the customized window shades online in brushed aluminum for my newly renovated bathroom and it enhanced the white and gray theme throughout the space. The shades have a nice solid feel. Great value for the price as I bought it during a window blind sale. If you are looking for a good product with plenty of color selections then this is it! Quality control needs to be improved.

First blinds that were received were not functional. Cord that lowered blinds was trapped under a rivet and could not be released. As a result blinds only lowered on one side. Customer service was helpful, and second set was properly made, but it made for a very slow experience to receive functional blinds.

Incorrect sizes sent

I needed to replace some existing Levolor Riviera blinds which were 20 years old. A like for like replacement....should be easy, no?? Well, I carefully provided the exact inside measurements for the five windows. After waiting weeks for delivery, they arrived. Installed the smallest one first...perfect. Didn't even have to swap the mounting brackets. The other four?? 1" too wide. I was forced to remount all the new blinds outside the window frame, which I really hate. Didn't want to wait...

Great Blind, but...

I've hung this blind in my living room window. It's beautiful. The cotton finish gives the room a warm, rich look.

Absolutely Perfect for the Look We Wanted

We couldn't be happier with these blinds. We wanted vintage style Venetian blinds, so we went with the 2" slats with cloth tape. Absolutely love the look and they fit our windows perfectly.

Just what the doctor ordered

Perfect solution for a window with very little inside mounting depth. In fact, this is the only thing I found that would work, and I searched a long time. Quality is very good. Only complaint is the mounting brackets wouldn't work with the shallow depth I had available to screw them to. That in itself makes absolutely no sense, and I'm baffled how the manufacturer would overlook that, given that a shallow space is the primary reason some people would choose this blind.
