I probably spent $30 on the manual snake that hooks up to the drill about 4 times in my lifetime, finally I decided to buy this unit with a built in motor. I haven’t tried it on a heavy duty clog yet, I did use it on a small clog for the washer drain. The clog was small because I only had about a gallon worth of water on the floor. Am working on clearing out drain line in the side yard. Wanted to use this via the clean outs. Once the auger stopped feeding the cable, I pulled it out of the pipe and measured it... 22'!!! Happy with the product, disappointed that it was 3' short.
