Would RecommendI just purchased this auger today. I read the reviews and disregarded the one that said it was junk and I am so happy for that. I have run HAND HELd and power augers up to 1" cable. There is always a chance of destroying the cable if you do not know how to properly operate. I read the instructions as to how this auger worked and it performed likea dream. Would Not RecommendI noticed it seemed stuck for some time so I pulled out some of the snake and it had a major bend in it. Made it very hard to put back when finished. Luckily it still fixed the clog even though I'm not sure I can still use it anymore I still saved money from calling out a plumber. That's good because once used you can't return or exchange these.
