What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise this drain auger for clearing stubborn clogs that manual tools failed to penetrate, especially at 90-degree bends and beyond 20 feet. The motorized power and autofeed feature are widely appreciated for eliminating hand-crank effort. Many highlight significant savings compared to professional plumbing services and note it resolved months-old issues quickly. However, some users experienced cable breaking or plastic gear failures during early use, describing the tool as unreliable. Despite durability concerns affecting a minority, most customers consider it highly effective and worthwhile for residential clogs.

It was easy to use.
Would RecommendFor what I used it for it was perfect. I needed to snake through four elbows and this little snake did it. The variable speed on the advanced feature was helpful since I could slow down at each elbow and allow the snake to find its way through. I was able to clear the obstruction that was in the drain.

Quick and Easy
Would RecommendEasy to use, cleared a stubborn grease buildup in sink drain line quicker than the hand held crank type, cleaner to use. The three guide bearing lock around the snake keeping it strait as it snakes its way through bends and turns. Electric motor has the power to drive the snake through stubborn grease. Upon retrieval, the snake comes back with out kinks and twist recoiling into the drum. Cleaning with a detergent soaked rag as the snake is being retrieved makes clean up easy and simple.

Beware
Would RecommendIt took a good bit but I did get this product to do what I needed it to do although when you actually pulled these up online they say not to use in toilets just so you know cuz on the box it says you can so be careful but I was using it in the basement drain. What you need to be aware of as soon as you crack the tape on that box whether you use the product or not it is on returnable. The store associates do not tell you this and you do not see it until you open the box. I'm also wondering how a ...
