Worked better than expected

Any time I buy something the first thing I do is read the 1 star reviews. For this product they all sounded like user error. Read the instructions, understand the lock and unlock settings and you won't have a problem. I'm never using a manual auger again. Hopefully I won't have to use this one again ether, but kids put all kinds of things down the sink

kobalt auger does not even spin the cable

just purchased, wanted something in the mid power range, wow am i disappointed, i have a pencil sharpener with more motor than this, but the most incredible feature of this is: it does not rotate or spin the cable, nope, it just vibrates it. there is no spinning no doing what an auger is suppose to do. cant get my $107 refunded because of the nature of the beast. first time kobalt has let me down. So So very pathetic.

Junk, do not buy

*************DO NOT BUY************** The only reason I gave it a star is because I had too. It didn't work right from the start and it can't be returned for sanitization reasons. We might as well of flushed $100 dollars down the toilet. We ended up having to call a Plumber and spending another $350.

Didn’t even take a minute

I knew someone had flushed wipes clogging my smart bidet toilet. I went to my go to drain opener but it failed me I had bought this before but never used it. I broke it out and it very quickly pulled the wipes out. Very happy with this

This snake is ok for straight pipes or wide sweep gradual bends but stops spinning the cable and wont feed on sharp bends. I thought cutting off the spring tip may help but it made no difference. I had to hire a plumber that used a Ridgid pro machine with 3/8" diameter cable and a spade tip that suprisingly went through without much trouble.

Complete garbage first use the cable kinked while feeding into pipe and won't get to clog now
