because I have a really bad experience I get wrong size then was trying return to Lowes but they said can't return for safety and health .I understand but never ever was open the box just walked away from the store at parking lot come back into the store...but they say can't take..funny still I have in the box

Bought this bad boy after my handheld Kobalt auger stopped feeding correctly. I had the kind that you can attach a power drill to or use the hand crank. It was always kind of gimmicky. This thing feels like a real tool though. The electric motor is powerful and fast. The feeder engagement is much simpler and more substantial than the one on the handheld. This tool is amazing. I was wasting time with manual and drill powered snakes that would jam up. This machine has the power and auto feed. Unclogged my drain quickly!
