Would RecommendI started picking out a few tools for a newly acquired trailer and soon realized the price was exceeding my budget and I hadn’t picked out sockets yet. When I looked at the combined tool sets, I just couldn’t pass up this one. It has everything I need and then some, plus a nice organized place for everything. Just perfect!!

Would Not RecommendFor the price, nice tools. The box is a piece of crap, junk. The drawers fell out of the track as soon as I took the cardboard sleeve off the box.
Nice home starter kit - 100 piece
Would RecommendOverall it is a nice selection of tools for a starter home tool kit. Missing 3/4” deep well socket, I purchased one and put it in the box, plastic tool box cheaply made would be nicer if it was a little more robust but acceptable.

Would RecommendYou get lots of tools. But they are not real Kobalt tools. The toolbox drawers are VERY hard to open. I added grease to help out, but they still stick. I purchased when they were on sale for Christmas in 2021 for $50. I took then to my fish camp and that's where they will stay. If they rust, I'm not out much.
Upgraded case is still junk
Would Not RecommendPicked up this set today at Lowes. Right out of the package the drawers don't work. The sides bow out and the drawers just fall down on top of each other. They should have made the sides a bit wider and the drawers slides wider to fit deeper into the sides. That would have allowed the drawers to have a bit of play without falling down on one side. Kobalt tools are fine but the case is still junk.
Tools and price are great. The case, not so much.
Would Not RecommendDidn’t even have the dang thing to the car before I realized, like many others, the dang case was broken. I thought it just needed to be snapped back together, but nope. The case was actually in pieces and missing pins. While trying to “fix” it or make it usable, the latch came off. It’s disappointing, at minimum.
I would not recommend this tool set. I have bought two of them, the box was broke on the first one so I returned it and bought another one. It was also broken
