Nice side by side counter depth fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought about 1 month ago. so far we like it overall. I’m disappointed that the water doesn’t come out cold immediately, so basically the first gas is room temperature. I’m not used to that so I guess I will need to get used to adding ice. The drawers are a little sticky from friction of plastic on plastic so that they don’t feel smooth. Overall a good fridge that we hope will last us for a long time.

Sleek refrigerator - Excellent Choice!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator has been an excellent purchase, and I am extremely pleased with its performance. I have received multiple compliments, particularly regarding the interior lighting and the wood drawer, which guests find impressive. The only minor challenge has been the ice bin, as it can sometimes be difficult to close—possibly due to user error. Overall, the refrigerator is exceptional, ideally sized for my kitchen, and greatly enhances both ...

Beautiful fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this fridge a month ago and it looks amazing. Love the features and it looks great!!

You do not live up to expectation

I was miss informed as to the proper procedure to install my new refrigerator, made me wait more days without proper way to keep my medicine in cold. A long story of frustration and unhappiness. Enough to keep me from visiting Lowe's again.

Fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Disappointed in the Kitchenaid we replaced with this one ( would love a chance to review that). This fridge is great, especially in how it fits better within the counter space. Only negative is it’s a little loud.

Overpriced for the quality and size

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tray for the door Ice dispenser is very flimsy and cheap

Attractive looking, hard to live with!

I own a 2 family and live in one apartment. My kitchen is next to my bedroom, and my bed is less than 20 feet from this fridge. It’s so loud, it wakes me all hours of the night with its whirring, buzzing, grinding, and ice dropping. I just bought this fridge, and it’s ruining my sleep. I have to sleep with earplugs in, which I don’t like, because then I can’t hear if my 9 year old has a problem at night. This thing is a danger to my health and my family. Also, the water dispenser is insanely slo...

Perfect for our space

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far we like the refrigerator a lot. The counter depth really adds space back a lot more than I expected. The only disappointing thing is the cold water dispenser. The first cup comes out room temperature so if you just want a sip of cold water you’re not going to get it. Even after the first cup it doesn’t come out cold. It’s more just cool.

look over what you purchace

I bought this item and went to pick it up and it had a huge dent in it.

Sexy Refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator is a surprise. I’ll begin by saying a side by side wasn’t my first choice but I could accommodate nothing larger. It is a bit shallow. If I had been the designer, I’d have cheated the counter depth allowance by a few inches to get slightly more capacity. However, the refrigerator section is amazing. First, the interior color and lighting is beautiful and sexy. Looks like a nightclub. The entire door is lined with shelv...

Does everything I want in a fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced an even more expensive fridge that was giving us problems from day one. This fridge, so far, problem free

Love ice and water in door.

Love size and inside of product.

Build quality is garbage

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 1. Excess expanding foam leaked out of edges where panels are joined. 2. Handle misalign 3. Fit and finish is horrible, big uneven gaps on the control panel at water dispenser. 4. LOUD, long running fan in the freezer. 5. Factory markings on top of the fridge door. 6. Drawers are hard to open, get stuck regularly. 7. Ice dispenser sprays ice everywhere. This replaced our whirlpool, which was much better built than this fridge. Kitc...

Very pleased with the delivery

This product is very functional

Only had this a very short time. So far love the way it works and looks

Not as good as the previous one

Disappointed at the lack of ability to adjust the shelves. Last one I owned like this there was many different adjustments available. Seems like they cut corners to increase profits. Also shelves in door are hard to put in. Would not recommend this appliance to anyone.
