30" french door

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) One door is already squeaking when you open it. The other is not aligned with the other. I tried what the manual says and have not been able to het any movement to fix the issue yet. Also, I wish there was a better way to align the shelves. Other wise the fridge seem to be good. Too bad there was a 4 month wait for it to arrive.

Kitchen aid fridge

HORRIBLE AND BROKEN LESS THAN ONE YEAR AFTER MANUF

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Less than a year old and already malfunctioning- unable to cool since Dec 20. Have gone through the KitchenAid Warranty Service to attempt getting repairs- they first came out Jan 3, “fixed it,” and now it continues to fail to cool anything and the soonest we can get another technician is Jan 14. If it even gets fixed at this point, then it will be an entire month without a functioning fridge. We have been using two mini fridges in the meantime...

Attractive and Convenient

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator in August 2024 because my two year old identical one stopped working the month before. The compressor failed. The appliance store owner gave us a loaner until this replacement arrived. I bought this one again because of the other matching appliances in my kitchen but I would have preferred one that had a better warranty.

Good overall

Great features and functionality!

Love our Kitchen Aid appliances

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) We have had our new Kitchen Aid fridge (and dishwasher and induction stove/oven) for a few months now. We just love our new appliances. The fridge allows for easy access and having the cool water dispenser easily available and a the ice maker are really nice accessories, especially during the holiday season with a house full of guests.

Nice fridge, just a small freezer portion.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) The fridge has worked well for us for the most part! Only drawbacks is the slide out freezer is smaller then what we need, as well the clip that holds the drop down water filter broke.

Great fridge if you have a small space

Bought this fridge due to size and only one that would fit in my space and to have a 2nd fridge. Love it, looks beautiful. Yes it is a bit small inside but that what it is with a 20cu ft fridge, so not complaining on that issue, we knew what we were getting when we saw it in the showroom. Can makes noise

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fridge looks great. The problem is the evaporative cooler in the freezer makes a very loud noise. I have sent an email to customer service for repair and no one has responded. So loud that I can hear it in my bedroom at night.

Not a premium branded fridge!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fridge buzzes on certain portions of its refrigeration cycle. Lower freezer door has to be pulled straight or it binds. Interior drawers are cheap.

Great design

It is easy to keep the refrigerator tidy and see exactly what you have! The inside water dispensing and in-freezer ice are wonderful. Avg fridge

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I found that I needed to set the fridge temp at 43f otherwis vegetables were freezing. I also had a repair person in to review knocking sound. Could not decifer where it was coming from. Its a slight noise that bhappens a few times a day.

Disappointing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator freezes food & water if on the top shelf of the refrigerator! I turned the temp down to 35 degrees and it is still happening.I just had it installed a month ago brand new! I’m having it looked at by the company who installed it. This is very inconvenient to have a brand new product serviced so soon! Can you explain why this would happen?
