Ice Cream wont Freeze

Repair man came out two times so far it still isn't working My freezer is not freezing the top so far is This is my third frig in 10 years does anyone have this problem and how did they fix it I have had it 1 year and 1 month the last frig Lowes told me if I keep calling I would be charged for the visit which was a Frigidaire gallery the man came out and said it was a lemon but then they denied it to Lowes Help Needed

Noisy refrigerator

Looks Great But VERY Poor Quality

We purchased over 9k in Kitchen Aid appliances in 2020 and now, have to replace TWO of them. This refrigerator is one of the two. We have had issues with this fridge very early on (ice dispenser, compressor) and have to contact our home insurance and Kitchen Aid over five times in the past few years. Super Happy 3 Months Later

Not just poorly built, it is unsafe!

I purchased the KitchenAid refrigerator, which came with a five-year warranty, it seemed like a great deal. However, after one year and four months, the refrigerator was unable to keep its internal temperature below 42 degrees, making the food unsafe. Tragically, my daughter landed in the ER, and we now suspect it was from spoiled food inside. After we identified the problem, they said they would replace the user interface. Broke instantly. Warranty will take months.

This thing is a total clunker / piece of trash. It broke in 3 months. The warranty is basically useless. It has been two weeks with this thing broken and there is no end in sight. All my food is spoiled and Kitchenaid does not care at all. I am thoroughly disgusted with the entire experience. You will regret this purchase tremendously!!!

Very average not worth money

Flawed designed, might be a lemon.

I’ve had this refrigerator for 4 months now. It is gorgeous, I will say that, and the fingerprint guard works well. However, it does not regulate temperature at all and I have condensation issues inside the refrigerator. My refrigerator is set to 37 degrees. The deli drawer is 30-32 degrees, the bottom shelf is 36-38 degrees, middle shelf is 40-42 degrees and the top shelf is 42-45 degrees. Love the design but not the quality.

Purchased in 2017. Within 18 months the “motherboard” died. After much complaining, kitchenaide replaced the refrigerator rather than repair it which I appreciated and also gave me an extended warranty which I also appreciated. About a year ago the ice dispenser stopped working because the ice would clump up. Multiple repair visits later and $ no one could figure out why it was happening. Each repair they tried didn’t work. Nice looking refrigerator but makes constant noise

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned this refrigerator for six weeks. The refrigerator looks great and has good functionality and features. However it constantly makes noise which sounds like a washing machine pump draining water. My kitchen is never quiet, and I can hear the noise in adjacent rooms. I have contacted my dealer to see what I can do to initiate a return as I am not happy with it and do not want to keep it.

Not worth the price!

I purchased this KitchenAid refrigerator expecting reliability from a premium brand, but my experience has been extremely disappointing. Few things not to like

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have the counter depth with bottom draw. I really love this fridg. Make ice very fast if set to max ice. Has a slow closing bottom drawer once push so far. Things I’m not in love with. No direct way to control the temperature as in most other refrigerators. Shelves are non- adjustable. That’s a huge problem for me. It’s way more expensive than it should be.

Horrible Product

We did a remodel and purchased all KitchenAid appliances. Installed October 2025. Happy with all other products but this is the worst freezer and fridge is only ok. The ice cream does not stay frozen (gets very soft and lots of ice) and bananas (which I had froze individually) freeze into one brown blob. Don't Purchase This Refrigerator

After 2.5 years and two months of having service technicians out to repair (3 visits in total), this refrigerator is not repairable. Stay away from this model. I won't be purchasing Kitchenaid again.

Beautiful refrigerator
