Caused Floor Damage

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After the third use we noticed our hardwood floor underneath begin to swell and buckle/warp. We pulled the unit back out and found that one of the screws supporting the middle rack on the R/S was loose allowing water to run down the exterior of the unit and flood underneath our floor. We were told we would have to file a claim either with our homeowner's insurance carrier or direct with KitchenAid.

Quiet, clean, and mysterious

It is so quiet, sometimes we have to check if the light is on to know if it is still running. We really like the third rack which can fit medium-sized items such as glasses, cups, utensils, and cereal bowls. Best Dishwasher We Have Owned

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So much more room with the third rack. Love how the racks are designed for dishes. We are able to load more dishes than our previous washer. The glasses come out looking crystal clear. Great dishwasher. Best we have owned.

Exactly what we hoped for

Nice Dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It looks very nice in my kitchen, I love the black stainless steel color. It runs quietly. It holds lots more dishes and kitchen items than previous dishwashers.. I use the pro wash cycle and it gets them very clean. I love the third rack but it could have had a little more room up there, that rack also does not slide smoothly. Perhaps after more use it will slide easier.I wish the silverware rack was on the opposite side. These are small thing...

Silent and cleans beautifully

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent dishwasher-best I’ve ever owned. It runs so silently no hint it’s working. Three layers are very helpful for odd pieces and tableware. Light cycle is so effective in cleaning that other cycles barely used. Design is sleek and modern with “hidden” controls. “Stainless black” leaves no fingerprints. Could not ask for a better dishwasher

DOES A NICE JOB

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher replaced one we had that was 19 years old! Yes, it was time for an upgrade. We are very satisfied with it. Dishes come out sparkling clean, also like the top rack for small items. Very quiet when in use.

A Very Happy Purchase

I knew I liked this dishwasher above all the others on display right away! The inside configuration was logical and efficient, and suited my needs. I also noticed the stainless steel accents, which I appreciated. When they say ‘whisper quiet’, it is no exaggeration…it’s almost silent! The location of the controls at the top of the door is very convenient and simple. Lastly, it looks great in my kitchen!

dishwasher experience
