Dishes come out super clean

These dishes come out much cleaner than my old one. The silverware container that runs the length of the dishwasher on the right hand side is my only thing that I’m not too excited about. 5 Year experience- Not so good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 1. Noise level has doubled. Drain pump growls. 2. Every 10 or 15 cycles, machine freezes between wash and final rinse.Have to cancel and enter a "false" rinse cycle to drain. Random glitch. 3. Rinse aid dispenser dumps entire load after a refill. Useless. Machine installed 2020.

Disappointing

I called KitchenAid and after 57 minutes speaking with 2 reps I was disconnected and no one called back. I called again on January 2nd and was told they couldn't find a service person in my zip code and would refer this for a more in-depth search and I would hear something within 3 days. Bought for new build house

One of my biggest concerns when choosing a new dishwasher was its ability to completely dry dishes and the inside of the dishwasher. Another big concern was noise. I’ve only ran one load. But this was clearly a great choice! The inside was totally dry and I could hardly detect it was running it was so quiet!!

some issues with new dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our old Kitchen Aid had much more room for plates vs this new one. Our cats have reached up & pulled insulation out of the bottom of the front door. Why isn't this area protected so that pets can't get to the insulation?

Can't believe how quiet it is

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a 20+ year old washer to replace. Water efficiency and noise level were my big criteria. So far, this model exceeds expectations. My only issue is the top utensil rack. Maybe I don't know how to load it correctly. So far I prefer the bottom utensil holder but that takes up some of the bottom rack room sometimes needed for large items. But I am happy with my purchase.

Easy to use and install

3 layer dishwasher is a must

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this Kitchenaid dishwasher 11/20/25 just before Thanksgiving! It's now January and I don't miss our old one at all. The 3 layer is great! It seemed needless to me until I got it. The express wash is fabulous. In fact all the features are real assets. It's so QUIET. We hardly know it's on. Kitchenaid never disappoints.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 2 adults in the household 3 to 4 days later run the dishwasher.. do not include my pots and pans ,mostly use the express wash with extended heat dry the results all clean and dry excluding the plastics.

Innovative and adjustable racks

Back when KA (Hobart) was independent before being bought by Whirlpool, it made its reputation on two products: dishwashers and their iconic countertop mixer. 3rd Rack is useful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Everything is clean when cycle finishes. I did not think the top rack would be useful, I was mistaken. It is grate for long utensils, measuring spoons and the like. Cups arrange well. We like the dishwasher.

😥 so disappointed with performance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this for large family gatherings. It does not seem to have enough water jets to clean dishes. Thanksgiving, I had to take all the dishes out and hand wah them again .So at Christmas, I preprinted almost everything, same results. I am very disappointed with the performance of this machine

New dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this to replace our old KitchenAid dishwasher, which died after only 7 years. I hope this one is more reliable. I chose another KitchenAid to match the rest of our appliances. This morning my 7 year old Kitchen Aid microwave died yesterday.

Great Dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The only thing I would mention is with the 3rd tray it limits the size of the dishes that can be placed in it. With some of the larger plates they hit the sprayer bar.

Great dishwasher but could be better at drying

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher has great cleaning power and holds a lot of dishes, but definitely does not dry well. I wish the door popped open or had some other drying method to help.
