I love the extra top rack and how it is arranged and the ability to adjust the height of the main top rack. The dishes come out perfectly clean as do the glasses and silverware. This unit is very quiet while it’s operating which is another great feature. There is plenty of space for everything in this dishwasher I highly recommend.

Third rack is the best

Everything that goes up there used to just waste space on our top rack (mostly the longer cooking utensils that need to lay flat) so we were running our old dishwasher every night; now we can go every 2-3 days. Also incredibly quiet and no need to wait to run it overnight.

Quiet, Efficient, and Beautiful – Highly Recommend

The PrintShield™ Finish looks fantastic and helps keep the exterior looking clean and new. Quiet and easy to operate

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dishwasher about a month ago. I added the Kitchenaid product to my kitchen. I already had the microwave and stove. This dishwasher is easy to use and is VERY Quiet. One think I wish it had was more flexible and movable tines (posts). The three rakes is certainly a benefit.

Dissapointed

Excellent Dishwasher

The way the second rack is designed is great because you can place a large bowl in it and still have room to place things on the third rack. You can even wash cups in it. It clans really well and is a nice looking appliance. It’s not the the quietest dishwasher on the market but it’s not bad. I am very happy with this purchase and I highly recommend it.

Very poor installation directions

The 3rd rack is a nice idea; but does not hold most of our coffee mugs so, it doesn't help with glass rack space and the cutlery area is not large enough to hold more than a few utensils.
