Great dishwasher!!!

I bought this 2 weeks ago and I must say that I’m pleasantly surprised. There is all kinds of room the top rack is amazing. It does a great job of cleaning and is super quiet. I highly recommend.

Broken rollers on 2 racks in this dishwasher

Not happy with this purchase from Lowe’s at all. The top rack had a broken roller. The 3rd rack for silverware had a broken roller. I will call and check and see if this is covered under the warranty. Had already installed before I noticed this rollers broke.

Great dishwasher

Love our new dishwasher - so far so good. It's super quiet and gets the dishes clean. Can't ask for better! The installation was amazing, too. The installer called the day before and asked if he could come then. Absolutely! So the dishwasher was installed a day early and everything went smoothly, no hanging around all day waiting for it to be done. Thanks for that!

Poor Product

Stopped coming on 7 months later. Made a service appointment with the contractor online. The appointment was rescheduled twice via text message. Tried getting them on the phone and was not able to get a live person. Contacted Lowe's customer service and explained the situational that I needed assistance with the service appointment. They put me on hold twice and after 25 minutes, the lady on the phone told me that I would just have to call them again. Not happy at all with Lowe's and the pe...

Very sensitive selection buttons

The buttons om the top of the door are overly sensitive and will activate when you open the dishwasher.

Not like my Maytag!

I had a 2 year old Maytag in my other home. It was quiet and the fast wash took only 45 minutes. I didn't have to use the dry cycle and could set it to start later in the evening. This KitchenAid isn't any quieter, takes about 2 hours on the economy wash and will not let me disable the power dry. It also pops open automatically after the cycle. I wish I had my Maytag with the stainless steel tub and third rack!!!

Ask to see user documentation when shopping for.

AI - No more competent customer service from LOWES

There were serious adjustments which needed to be revised on this delivery. This product is still in the box and not installed because your LOWES AI attendant would not allow me to confirm x 2 installations & x 2 haul aways. on every one of my twelve calls (after many pleading moments to be transferred to a human (... in each call) the human would immediately place me ON HOLD ..then never pick up the call again.
