POOR documentation
No documentation on what the buttons do. Called Whirlpool and they can't tell you. I guess Whirlpool gets enough business that they don't have to care about customers any more. That is what happened to Montgomery Wards. Look where they are now!!!!
Great dishwasher
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) We purchased a KitchenAid Dishwasher about a month and a half ago. We are very happy the way it cleans. I especially like that. I no longer have to dry the tops of mugs/cups. I like that it has a third rack. I was able to fit an extra six dinner plates from my Maytag washer to my KitchenAid dishwasher.

Kitchen Aid dishwasher a very good investment,John
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our old Maytag was a good dishwasher but over the years it got clogged and stop doing its job. Our new Kitchen Aid should not have the same problem as we have a filtration system that allows us to clean and thus keep it clean, hopefully forever. The noise level is quiet, and it really cleans. We could not desire more.

Excellent Dishwasher!
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our KitchenAid dishwasher does an excellent cleaning job and it's so quiet that I often forget it's on! I love the three racks, too. I wish the Express wash was a little shorter; almost two hours doesn't seem very "express". But that's minor compared to the excellent job it does overall. I also like that it pops open when done!

Good Dishwasher
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The only reason I gave this 4 stars instead of 5 is because the racks do not load anything besides dishes and shallow bowls upright. I think that the tines are too close together. If one row of tines per rack would fold down maybe that would solve the problem. I have to lay pots and any oversized bowls or containers flat instead of upright. That takes up a lot of space and I have to turn it on every 2 or 3 days. Maybe if there were better ...

Everything was seamless from ordering it at my local store took less than 3 to 5 days to get here. They called me and texted me and said they were on the way dropped it off to me and they were gone. It was very very good service.
