Nice dishwasher, crap customer service

The dishwasher is nice. We had to go to the store 2x to actually get it after I was there to purchase it and I was told it’s there and good to go. This store is an absolute mess.

Great Dishwasher, Terrible Quality, Worse Support

Our KitchenAid dishwasher (Model Number: KDPS324SPS) worked great, the dishes always came out clean regardless of how dirty they were. That is for the first 6 months when it stopped working mid-cycle. The repair technician said the control panel failed. Okay, failures happen—a bit disappointing it failed after 6 months. Nice machine

Not what we originally purchased

We actually ordered the KA dishwasher that was the step up from this but this model was brought out and installed. All this to say that the Lowe’s store made it right. We had a 300 series Bosch dishwasher that I was so happy to get rid of. This machine is excellent and the first load came out nice and clean and can hold so much more than what we had. This machine is just as quiet as my Bosch but it actually gets the dishes dry! Amazing! So far we are extremely happy with this machine!

Kitchen Aid dishwasher

Excellent machine very quiet, great cleaning, like the door popping open for drying, and the capacity is awesome weigh movable racks.

Buyer Beware Replacement Parts Not Available, Fai

Very disappointed with this KitchenAid dishwasher. I purchased it from Lowe’s in November 2025, and it stopped working after only about eight months. I have now been without a working dishwasher for over a month with no resolution. KitchenAid was unable to provide a warranty technician in my area, so I found my own technician to diagnose the problem. Cleans well but I’ve had drainage issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve had our dishwasher now for a couple months. For the most part it’s done the job well. Dishes come out clean and dry. Has many different tine spacings to handle a variety of dishes. Top rack is nice for longer utensils as well as sharp ones. However, it has thrown a code many times for improper drainage. Broken after 3 months

Bought this dishwasher, along with multiple other kitchenaid appliances, on a black Friday sale. they sat in humidity/climate controlled storage until our house was done in April. Installed and now 3 months later its broken. Great purchase

This dishwasher is everything I hoped for. It’s quiet, good looking, has a great capacity and cleans great. I love the feature where it pops open when dry.

Really love dishwasher. I had ordered a different one and it got lost so Lowe’s helped me find one close to what I wanted and it works wonderfully
