Good buy for the price

A great tool for projects around the house. Saw can easily be carried to different locations. Cuts were very accurate.

Work as it should and is better than my old one.

No Problems. If it is important to you get the model that has the laser. I have gotten on fine without the laser sight. The 10 inch blade is a good idea. cuts a 4x4 no problem. It is small enough to bolt to a collapsible work table.

I found the saw great. Cut straight with plenty of power. Nice price. I cut a lot of 2x6 and it does a nice job.

Great replacement

Had a old Delta 10 miter saw and needed a more powerful and accurate one. This one achieved that and still has a light weight for jobsite portability.

I purchased this saw to do a deck railing replacement on a large deck. It performed great on the treated 2" X 4" boards, as well as cutting the 4" X 4" posts...clean, precise cuts. The next job was expensive crown moulding. I thought I would need a new moulding blade to make the delicate cuts, but the original blade made nice, clean cuts, even for the scarf joints. I love my new saw!

Great Saw

Purchased this saw with the reputation that Hitachi has. Have used their products in the past and they have great customer service. Bought this for a project at home and now am very spoiled. Don"t know if you have tried to cut angles with a circular saw but it is very aggravating and slow. This saw saved me a great amount of time. Great saw for the home owner.

Best 10" for the dollar

I'm old school, I still have many power tools 20+ years old because they were built better. After checking out every 10" miter saw out there I bought the Hitachi for its effective features and power. At this price most saws are home owner quality, the Hitachi a step up. It's light, has a well balanced carry handle and the table moves nicely without slop.

Great saw for the money

Saw is a great value for the price accurate quiet clean cutting yes there are more expensive saws but I don't believe that the are as good of value as this one

Great Saw Great Features

Have used the saw numerous times now and have been building a lot of items I had to have cut elsewhere but now I can do it at home. Next project will be a table to mount the saw on with wheels so I can move it wherever I need to for space and to ease the job. Thanks for the fine saw and it is easy and wonderful to use. Great Price, Great Features and Easy to use on all kinds of cuts.

Great product

This Miter saw did everything I asked of it, and did it in short order. I was able to complete the project I was working on in less than half the time I anticipated. The only draw back I found is the dust bag doesn't work well but I have a shop vac to clean up after myself.

Highly recommend this saw for any one doing mobile work.

I bought this saw to replace a Ryobi that I was very unsatisfied with. I changed the blade to a 40 tooth carbide immediately, and have loved the saw. Lot's of power. Light weight for mobility. Good desing features. Would recommend for any D.I.Y. person or someone doing some side work. I have cut trim to 2*6's.

Great Value!

I've bought some Hitachi products before and I was very satisfied with them so I decided to go with a Hitachi for my chop saw purchase as well. After messing with cutting some crown molding for a while I realized that the angles needed to cut it correctly are pre-marked on the saw which helped out a lot! I would definitely recommend this product to someone in the market for a chop saw.

A great value for an all-around homeowner miter saw.

The C10FCE2 10" Compound Miter Saw cuts accurately, is easy to use and is a great value. Throw in Hitachi's reputation for quality and it's an ideal saw for the homeowner. Relative light weight and good carrying handle placement make it easy to move. Lack of a laser cutting guide is the only drawback. (Only had the saw for a month so cannot comment on durability.)
