Easy to Use, Dries Quickly

I removed the old carpet from my son's room and noticed a few uneven spots in the subfloor that I wanted to level out before installing new vinyl plank flooring. I have used a different product to level the floor in a bathroom that was self-leveling, but the drying time was much longer. It Got the Job Done~

First time using such a product, it did just fine. Pretty easy to apply....used it in thin layers and added another layer if needed. Thin layers seem to dry pretty soon, but I left them overnight before re-checking.

Let's talk drying time and sanding...

For the most part, this worked as expected. However, if you are relying on the 2-3 hr drying time make sure you apply it SUPER thin. Part of why I chose this (much more expensive) approach vs. pouring floor leveler is I needed a fast drying solution to low spots on a plywood subfloor. Not how it worked out. I had several areas that were 1/4" thick that took over 36 hours to dry. (blowing up my schedule) I was feathering to a 1/4" plywood edge, so I know it wasn't thicker than that. Henry's...

No mixing, easy to apply, very strong

No mixing, easy to apply, very strong, good adhesion. I used it to level a joist on a deck in very warm conditions. It had a working time of about 10 minutes once applied, which was plenty. I returned the next day and sanded it with an angle grinder. Great results.

Fills Holes and Levels Very Easily

This patch did a great job filling some divots and holes and leveling a rough edge in concrete. It made a nice, level surface and the tile I used stuck to it well. The patch spreads very easily with a putty knife and stays workable for several minutes. I would recommend having good ventilation as the smell is pretty strong.

Keeping the trowel wet makes a good finish.

Worked good just as the directions said.

Does what it is supposed too

The floor patch worked fine and was fairly easy to use, but there was a significant amount of it dried at the top that had to be pulled and discarded.
