When removing the old Vanity there was an area that was missing tile. So, I needed to fill it in to make it level for the new vanity

If you have a lot to level out, do gypcrete

This is an awesome product to level out the subfloor. It's lays out very smooth and dries to a sturdy foundation, easy to apply don't have to thin it out for it to do exactly what you need it to do.

As a novice, this product was easy to use. I covered grout between tiles to make my fireplace face one smooth surface. It sanded nicely. After thats I used primer and painted. Excellent outcome.

Make sure to feather the edges.

Easy to use

Used this to raise and level low spots on my concrete floor before laying SPC. The largest area was about 4x6 feet. It was easy to handle and clean up the tools, no mess. I used a grout trowel and putty knife. The consistency reminds me of wetter kinetic sand. I just wish it were a bit cheaper.

Do not try using as a leveler

This is okay for filling small holes, but do *not* try leveling with this or trying to build up low spots. It does not spread evenly, it does not feather, and it has the consistency and texture to wet sand. It sticks to everything but the floor: trowels, putty knifes, anything you use to try and screed. When trying to spread or smooth this out, the product will just grab onto your trowel taking chunks of itself and creating voids. Any attempt to smooth it out any further or add more just makes ...

If you've got a week to wait..

Bought this to level a threshold, says it's good to a thickness of 1". Well, I put down about a quarter of an inch yesterday... still hasn't set. The top crusts over and it's peanut butter underneath after 24 hours. And I'm not sure of the integrity of the product once it has set.

Leveled Subfloor Floor Before Installing Hardwood

Was easy to apply with a trowel and work with until level. Dried to touch in about 3-4 hours. Hardened overnight. Felt like it contained sand but was surprising easy to feather edges. Finish not very smooth. Applied two coats, total of about 3/16. Installed hardwood flooring over top without any issues. Would recommend.

Product was OK, but I wish it were finer grains. It doesn't finish as smooth as I would have liked.
