Ratings may include incentivized customer reviews.
What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise this floor patch and leveler for its ease of use and effectiveness in preparing subfloors for new flooring. The premixed formula requires no mixing and spreads easily with a trowel, drying quickly in thin layers. Most find it highly effective for filling holes, cracks, and uneven spots in concrete or plywood before installing vinyl plank, hardwood, or tile. Reviewers note the gritty texture and lack of self-leveling require manual feathering and often sanding for smoothness. A few report extended drying times with thicker applications. Despite minor texture considerations, most customers consider it an excellent, reliable choice for DIY subfloor preparation.

Would Not RecommendI used this as instructed, and it never hardened, I pulled it up with a putty knife.

Do it yourself and don't be in a rush
Would RecommendNice and slow-drying product that spread pretty easily, but was NOT a free-flowing leveler. Took about a day between coats to fill the whole dip in the floor (two buckets) but it worked perfectly. I had service connections in the area of the subfloor, so a self-leveler would have just run down the holes. This was a great solution. If you need to lay tile or flooring fast, use the quick-drying version. This one gives you time to work the product and not be in a rush.

Gets the job done.
The product hardens and fills gaps well. Make sure you stir it well so that the consistency is smooth. Also note the dry time may be longer than listed on the packaging. It took 4-6 hours for it to dry in a 1/4 inch hole.

Must have for floor prep
Used this to fill in divots in subfloor before installing LVP. Follow guidelines and don't put it on too thick at once. Dries solid. Pleased with spreading performance.

Simple and easy to use.
Sub floor replaced, some plywood sheets edges were not level with each other by 1/8-1/4 inches. Applied this leveler. It worked well. I removed leveler from container with a 3" joint compound "blade" and spread the leveler out with a 10" wide joint compound blade. Dries fairly quickly, with enough time to smooth out and clean up. Sandy substance with strong adhesive mixed in.
