Still beads water 3 years later
Would RecommendStill beads water on my concrete driveway three years later. No noticeable pits or spalls either. I would say the Siloxa-Tek 8500 is your solution to deicing salt problems.

Takes overly long to penetrate concrete and dry up
Would Not RecommendI used this product on a small front porch and walkway totaling around 150 sq feet ( with 6 dividing lines in the walkway concrete). Although concrete was quite clean, with no stains. Still I cleaned with pressure washer cleaner, scrubbed, pressure washed twice and let it dry for for few days. Temp had been hovering around 75F to 80F during day and dipping around 58 in night. Similarly humidity had been hovering around 50% during day and max. out to 75% during night. Works as advertised

Goes on clear
Would RecommendGoes on clear and dries fast. Flows well in my hand pump garden sprayer. Was wondering if the product actually did anything. Then it rained and holy cow! The water beads up on it just like my sidewalk was a car with a nice wax job. My neighbors are all impressed with how effective this stuff is.

No change to color or appearance
Would RecommendThere was no change to the color or appearance of the concrete. Now rain water beads up on the concrete. My goal is to protect the concrete from the salt residue in slush dripping off our vehicles this winter. It looks like its going to work.

Would RecommendIt is very expensive and on older concrete it will soak alot in. I highly recemend it - it is definitely an investment for a concrete driveway and hopefully well worth it.
