I have used this product several times since my new concrete driveway had been installed. I apply it myself. It’s easy to do with a roller and all I need is a few gallons of distilled water. I power wash first of course. I’m a 62 year old female and have had no problems doing it myself. The rain water then beads right off. It leaves no shine, film or discoloration which is great. I must admit that it is a process so I only do it every other year. I give the product 5 stars.

Pool side use

Excellent product. Previously used 8505 on new driveway 5 yrs ago. Still holding hope. Water beads right off.

Pool Deck Seal

I’ve worked with many concrete sealing products but this is by far the best I’ve seen. The application leaves no residue, does not affect the color or texture of the surface, cleans up easily, and is easy to apply. Water beads almost into balls on the surface, yet the deck isn’t the slightest bit slippery.

I just sprayed the 8500 on the concrete patio. Pray for rain in 24 hours to see the results. Easy to apply and simple to use. I have told many about Ghostshield.

So far so good

The application was easy using a sprayer. My pavers are over 10 years old and every year I have to power wash them to get rid of mold and moss, so it's exciting to see the water bead off the surface. Hopefully the product will live up to it's label and last 3-5 years. ;)

Best sealer we’ve ever used!

Siloxa-Tek 8500 is the best concrete sealer we have ever used on our stamped concrete pool deck. We have a saltwater pool, and have used other sealers over the years. But the Siloxa-Tek 8500 distinguished itself early-off when water from the pool just beaded-up on the surface. It went on easily with a garden sprayer and 18” paint roller (we used two to do the job faster), the coverage was as advertised for two coats. The real test will be to see how long it lasts. Seal without slip

Product has unusual penetrating characteristics. Fills the concrete voids without making the surface slippery.

I have not used it yet. I plan on using inthe next couple of weeks. I know of the product and I know it works great can't waite to use it.

Give it a second try.

Didn't do the job.Very disappointed with the product.Will try it in the spring.I will strip the area before I use the product.

Easy to apply (after power washing) sprayed it on and back rolled, I'll be good for another 5 years!! Lov this stuff !!!!

Beads up fine and went on easy

Went a lot further than I thought it would. I applied both the 4500 and the 8500. So maybe that was why the 8500 went further but I still used over a gallon less than I thought I needed. Still too early to tell for sure how this will all work but we did get some rain today and the water beaded up fine. So so far looks good

Very Easy to Apply - Great Results

Second time user - six years ago applied the Ghost shield concrete strengthening and Ghost Shield 8505 driveway was starting to pit likely from salts used in winter.
