Seems to work very well

Put two coats on with garden sprayer. Did a water test next day and water beads up great. Time will tell how long it lasts.

Great sealant

Pressure-washed concrete walkway and driveway prior to treating with Ghostshield. Water now beads up on all treated surfaces. Used product before, and while beading fades after a while (months to year), concrete still seems protected, as it remains cleaner and whiter than untreated sections after 2 years

Excellent product just pricey

I applied the Ghost shield 8500 on my brand new concrete pool deck (poured 4 months ago) over the weekend using a sprayer and doing 2 coats. The results are like nothing I've ever seen before. Water runs off as if there is a Teflon coating yet the surface stays rough and non slippery. The pool guys that winterized my pool yesterday were blown away. They took pictures of the bottle and will start to offer it as a sealer. I hope the sealer lasts a few years since it was expensive.

Great Product

Ghostshield is one of only 3 companies that I would consider using for sealing concrete. Siloxa-Tek 8500 is a terrific, high quality sealer that I've used for nearly 3 years in sealing many driveways, sidewalks, curbs, and brick mailboxes in my HOA. It's made our neighborhood look much better than it has ever looked. After 2.5 years since pressure washing and sealing the first of many driveways and sidewalks, they still look as good as new.

This product definitely did the job for the project I needed it for! I was sealing a bird bath that had multiple staining throughout the bath. It was constantly discolored and looking rusty. So I wondered what I could do. Upon using this product I now see a clean water bath, sealed and refreshed! Thank you!

Easy application

Easy to apply with a pump sprayer. 2 gallons covered our chimney in 3 fine passes. Application was 10 days ago (early September) so I can't yet comment on the effectiveness or longevity of the product.

Very satisfied

Applied this three years ago and I have been very satisfied with the protection. I just re-applied it to my driveway because I live in Wisconsin and use a lot of rock salt on my driveway in the winter. I wanted to make sure the driveway remains protected before I actually see signs of wear.

Great product and easy to apply.

After pressure washing my front walkway and allowing 24 hours to dry, I used a 1/2 inch nap roller to apply the sealer. I was careful to brush the edges and spread out and puddles of sealer in anywhere it settled in the texture of the stamped concrete. I was careful to apply the second coat of sealer before the first coat completely dried. Water now beads up. You can see that even morning dew now beads up. Good job repelling water, not oil and grease

Product does a good job of repelling water, but oil and grease can still stain the concrete. Guess I should have used the Siloxa-Tek 8510 instead.

Power wash first

Helpful hint is to power wash your driveway first that way after you seal it will remain clean and bright since the sealer really does help to reduce the growth of mildew and keeps water out.

Works well to stop salt

About two years ago I noticed that my driveway was starting to get little holes in it down close to the street which I believe was caused by the rock salt that the city uses every time we get snow or ice. I applied the Siloxa-Tek 8500 and since the spalling has not gotten any worse. Seems to be working well to stop the salt from making my driveway worse.

No shiny finish

This product does a good job of sealing concrete and it beads water nicely. I applied two coats to our driveway which has a broom finish to make winter snow/ice removal easier. I also applied two coats to our garage floor which has a power trowel finish. Definately well sealed. The appearance is indeed invisible - no shiny finish.
