It worked fine for 4 outages but the last 2 it never started

Be careful when you select a company to install.

The generator is ok but the permitting issues have not been resolved in two years. The city is threatening to fine me for not providing the necessary permits. Supercenter store was/is responsible to provide that information to the city

Peace of mind.

Purchased the unit at the end of May, unfortunately had not had the time to install and a huge storm came through the region. I had to purchase a portable unit. You can believe that the 10 kw is now installed and working properly.

It’s trouble free, and it does the job

Excellent machine, This is the second Generac we’ve purchased

We live in a rural area and have a pump on our well. When the power goes out, we have no power and no water. With the new Generac we don't have to worry.

Purchased October of 2024 and have been very satisfied. Best purchase we could have made. Our power is provided through a Co-Op and is out a lot. The Generac was a necessity for us.

WiFi difficulties! I would not recommend. Wish I would have done more research.

Defective Unit - not been replaced after 2 months

Product is defective and was supposed to be completely replaced - Case # 80835212 has been escalated, and I was supposed to be contacted directly by Generac regarding the new unit replacement. No one has contacted me to date.

Overall a good standby generator

overall a good standby generator. They could work on revising their upsell on notifications on generator going online. You currently only get that service for the first year. Then you have to pay for it. After $11K I think that should always be standard.

Runs the whole house

Purchased a month ago. Fortunately, unfortunately I have not had to use it other than the test once a week. I wish it did not have to be so loud when it runs.
